Just a thought.

We are not "sowing" fruitful seed when we are brow beating, using shame and self righteousness. I long to sow, reap and glean like any of us but using task master tactics is not of God and wins over no one.

Personally speaking, I'm well aware of God's calendar vs. the Gregorian, Scripture vs. Paganism and ABOVE ALL aware of all that Yeshua aka Messiah aka Jesus Christ has accomplished on the cross. The old has passed away and all things are new.

It's not about His name, His blood, the cross, a dress code, our hair length or a particular day of the week.

IT IS ABOUT JESUS CHRIST and HIM crucified and His sheep who know His voice being grafted in and with names written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

Yes, everything in our lives MUST line up with the Word of God, OT and the NT, but there's more.

Jesus Christ IS the sabbath, IS the covenant, IS the FINISHED WORK and IS TOTAL FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW aka COMMANDMENTS.

The Bible is our direction and Jesus is our reflection because of the price HE paid and IF we are born again.

Knowledge does not save, works do not save, church does not save nor even a particular version of Bible. ONLY JESUS CHRIST saves and all it took was once. ONLY He has the power and authority to say, "It is finished!"

Jesus says in MATTHEW 5:17 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil."

Jesus further explains in MATTHEW 22:37-40 "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

And in ROMANS 14:6 we find "He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks."

GALATIANS 5:14 continues "For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."

And moreover, COLOSSIANS 2:16-19 states "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God." and more.

James 2:10 declares “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”

Bottom line?

Jesus said,  “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”

~ JOHN 12:32
